Vertical integration and acquire full ownership of the Australia company to become a 100% owned subsidiary of the Double Arrow Group – Double Arrow Australia Pty Ltd.
Making full use of listed company’s financing platform, DA keeps expanding to upstream and downstream chain, moving into pension services.

Double Arrow shares (stock code: 002381) listed on the Shenzhen stock exchange and as such we are the first listed company in Tongxiang. Embark on a new journey of development.
From $US3000 in 1998 to $US30 million in 2007, the export volume had grown by 10,000 times.

Company converted to Zhejiang Double Arrow Rubber Co., Ltd.
“Tongxiang Rubber Products Factory” was entire converted into “Tongxiang Shuangjian Group Co., LTD.” and started to take the road of enterprise collectivization.

Joint venture TongxiangShuangjian Rubber Belt Co., Ltd established, laying a foundation for exports.
